Mixing Instructions
1. The GSH can be mixed with juice, milk, chocolate milk, applesauce, cottage cheese, yogurt or ice cream.
Do not mix with anything that is hot or mix it in a blender. This will break down the double sulfa bond so that it cannot reach the cell wall. If mixing with liquid, place the GSH in a glass and add a very small amount of liquid, approximately 2 tablespoons. Stir until mixture begins to dissolve. Add a small amount of liquid and stir. Gradually add increased liquid and continue stirring until mixed well.
2. Take the chewable Triozyme Digestive Enzymes with meals that do not consist of all live foods. These digestive enzymes should be taken at least once per day due to their nutrient value.
They are especially helpful with meals that are not properly food combined or do not consist of primarily all live goods (live foods include fresh, raw or frozen fruits, fresh, raw, frozen or lightly steamed vegetables, yogurts containing live cultures, eggs, raw milk, fresh organic juices, grass-fed meats, free-range poultry, nuts, seeds, sprouts and whole grains).
3. Take 1-2 droppers full of Synthovial 7 per day in a glass of water.
It is advised that you take the Synthovial 7 first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for better absorption. You can take 1 to 2 droppers full per day depending on your symptoms.
4. Mix 2 tablespoons of the Vivo Concentrate with 1 gallon of either Wal-Mart, Sparklett's, or Arrowhead brand distilled water.
Do not use metal spoons, use only plastic or wooden spoons when measuring and mixing. Once mixed, the mixture and the concentrate need to be kept refrigerated. You may drink 2-3 (8 oz) glasses of the mixture anytime during the day that is convenient for you. Do not take medication with the clustered water as the delivery system actually speeds absorption and you be getting more of the dose than what is recommended. It is advised that you drink the Cluster at least 1 hour before or 1 hour after taking any medication.
